Who We Are
AUM Growth Strategies (AUM Growth) is a Financial Advisor focused firm with the mission to help advisors deepen and grow their existing clients as well as attract new clients (organic growth) through the use of various financial and lending solutions. The principals each have 30+ years in banking, lending, M&A, and positioning solutions with advisors and their clients. The founders bring extensive experience having built businesses within firms such as Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. AUM Growth has partnered with several “best-in-class” providers and can offer a wide range of financial solutions including residential mortgage lending, commercial banking lending, securities-based lending, Insurance based lines of credit, Advisor acquisition financing, commercial real estate finance, and boutique investment banking.

Our Team
Brad Croft
Brad Croft is Managing Director/ Co-Founder of AUM Growth Strategies. With over 25 years of experience, Brad has helped design AUM Growth Strategies to be the most comprehensive provider of banking and lending services in the independent advisor space. This allows advisors to fortify their clients from those larger competitors with in-house banking services.
Prior to founding AUM Growth Strategies, Brad was with Goldman Sachs and built the securities-based lending business in the northwest region of the country. Before being recruited to Goldman Sachs he had built successful banking and lending businesses at Morgan Stanely and Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, Brad has focused on providing strategies to financial advisors with banking and lending solutions to fortify and grow their client base.
Brad is active in his community but gets his greatest fulfillment with being with his family. Brad has two sons and three daughters who bring him endless joy and entertainment. Brad is committed to fitness and enjoys basketball, cycling and weight training.

Mario DePasquale
Mario DePasquale is Managing Director/ Co-Founder of AUM Growth Strategies. He brings 25+ years of experience in commercial banking, alternative lending solutions, and working with Financial Advisors to implement various lending and liquidity solutions. Along with his partner, Brad Croft, Mario helped to create the architecture and implemented the various lending solutions that they now offer to Financial Advisors and their clients.
Prior to founding AUM Growth Strategies, Mario was with Goldman Sachs Select (GS Select) and built the securities-based lending program for the independent advisor channel in the Pac SW region. Before being recruited to Goldman Sachs, he spent ten years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and helped to deliver lending and banking solutions to clients of ML advisors. He spent the first thirteen years of his career as a Middle Market Relationship manager and brings with him a deep knowledge of working with business owners across a wide range of industries.
Mario has an MBA in Strategic Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Michigan State University. Mario lives in Orange County, CA with his wife, two teenage sons and their three dogs (Piper, Finn and Apollo). He enjoys traveling, outside activities and weight training.
